- 60g good quality dark chocolate
- 1 large ripe avocado
- 1 tsp lion’s mane powder
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice (alternatively use your favourite spice, cinnamon works well)
- 2 heaped Tbsp raw cacao powder
