Lion’s Mane Matcha Chia Pudding
2 Tbsp of Chia Seeds
½ Cup Coconut Milk
½ tsp Vanilla extract
1 sachet/serving Lion’s Mane Match Latte
1 tbsp Maple Syrup (adjust sweetness as required)
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk together until the powder is incorporated.
- Pour into a serving dish/glass and refrigerate for a couple of hours, or even overnight to allow the pudding to thicken.
This chia pudding is naturally grain-free, gluten-free and vegan and is perfect to enjoy for a light breakfast or snack. The combination of Lion’s Mane and Matcha helps to calm the mind and sustain focus on busy days.
