In this recipe we have combined our Mycomplex mushroom powder with one of our favourite superfoods Matcha. Matcha does contain caffeine-though less than your regular cup of coffee- and alongside it contains L-theanine, which is an amino acid known for it’s calming and balancing effects on the body. It is also packed with antioxidants and other nutrients. Mushroom Matcha Latte
1 Teaspoon Matcha Powder
1/2-1 Teaspoon Moringa Powder
300ml Plant Milk of Choice
Coconut Palm Sugar (to taste)
- Heat plant milk of choice until warm.
- Add remaining ingredients and whisk or froth until mixed well.
- Serve, sip and enjoy!
