Reishi Cacao Smoothie
1 Sachet Reishi Cacao Latte (Use 2 if you don’t have extra cacao powder)
1 Frozen Banana
1 Tbsp Almond Butter
1 Tbsp Cacao Powder
1 Scoop Protein Powder of choice (Cacao, or Vanilla flavours work well)
1 Cup Milk of choice (Hazelnut is delicious!)
½ Cup Water
1 tsp Cinnamon
Add everything to a blender, blitz and enjoy (Add a little more milk/water for a thinner shake). You can also add a sprinkle of cacao nibs for a little crunch too, or even serve this up as a smoothie bowl with lots of delicious toppings.
